I spotted something Swedish on the drive back home from Turkey Day: a Volvo 242 DL. This thing was showroom pretty.

there is one up here in Portland in the same color, not so cherry but in nice enough shape. I had a baby blue 79 242dl that I loved. My dog made me sell it, he hated getting in the back seat

haha yeah that was the last time I did. when I realized I had one less 2 dr 122S and 242dl because of him, it was over

Holy crap tjata the exact model n color of my old 79. Sahara yellow. Brown interior. The m45 transmisaion and 3.91 final nets 4k rpm at 75 mph.... Part of me wonders if it is my old one but I doubt it made it there from Buffalo where I sold it in 2000
